Earnflashstation Corp. provides a digital asset monetization platform designed to help creators and content owners generate sustainable revenue from their digital properties. Our Service includes tools for content management, audience engagement, analytics, and revenue optimization. The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis and may be modified or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account by contacting support@earnflashstation.wiki.
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you are registering on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
The Service and all content provided by Earnflashstation Corp., including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and code, are the exclusive property of Earnflashstation Corp. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service solely for your personal or business purposes as permitted by these Terms.
User-generated content ("Your Content") posted to the Service remains your property. However, by uploading Your Content to the Service, you grant Earnflashstation Corp. a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, and display Your Content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights to Your Content.
Certain features of the Service may require payment. When you subscribe to a paid plan, you authorize Earnflashstation Corp. to charge your payment method for the subscription fees and any applicable taxes. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. Subscription fees are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at the time of purchase.
You agree to maintain current and accurate billing information. If your payment method fails, we may suspend your account until payment is received. We reserve the right to change subscription fees with 30 days' written notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
Earnflashstation Corp. facilitates revenue generation from your digital assets. The specific revenue sharing arrangements, commission rates, and payment terms are detailed in your Service agreement or pricing page. Earnings are calculated based on verified engagement metrics and are subject to our anti-fraud detection systems.
We reserve the right to withhold, suspend, or adjust earnings if we detect fraudulent activity, policy violations, or suspicious usage patterns. Earnings are paid to the payment method you specify in your account settings, subject to applicable withholding taxes and regulations.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EARNFLASHSTATION CORP. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF EARNFLASHSTATION CORP. FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO EARNFLASHSTATION CORP. IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. EARNFLASHSTATION CORP. MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
EARNFLASHSTATION CORP. DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Earnflashstation Corp. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Canadian privacy laws.
By using the Service, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Earnflashstation Corp. may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Sections that by their nature are meant to survive termination, including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification, shall survive any termination or expiration of these Terms.
Earnflashstation Corp. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue using the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other documents incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Earnflashstation Corp. regarding the Service and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter.
By using Earnflashstation Corp.'s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
